I'm having intermittent trouble with a call to the Read method of
the HttpWebResponse object. I get an ArumentOutOfRangeException
claiming that deep down inside of the Read method, the count parameter
of the BlockCopy method is showing up as a negative number. Don't
know where the negative number is coming from since I've passed the

parameter to one of the methods. I would like to use the XMLTextReader to
read the XML but I am getting the following error:
Value of type System.xml.xmldocument cannot be converted to

Terry: Yes, I did in fact miss the 'buffer' parameter to open.
Setting the buffer parameter to 0 did in fact fix the test code that I
gave above, but oddly, did not fix my actual production code; it
continues to get the data as first read, rather than what is currently
on the disk. I'm still investigating why.
