Hi,
I need to a solution through perlscript.
I have a unix process (ksh) running in a unix box. In the middle (of this process) there is a need to call a windows program and execute some steps and if true return value of these is true the rest of unix shell script needs to run.
Eventually a perl script will wrap this entire process.
Pls. let me know any suggestions.

Well, unfortunately, this is not a coding service. Instead, it is a place of learning. If you want a script then you are going to have to write it. We, on the other hand, will assist you with any road blocks or speed bumps along the way.
So, why not write some code and if you get stuck, post your code here, enclosed in the proper and necessary Code Tags. Then, we will assist you.

Perl can run external programs and get the output of the programs. The qx// operator is for doing that type of thing. But your requirements are rather vague and has already been said, we help you, we don't do it for you. So if you have some preliminary code written lets see it.
