Where is OUI

I'm trying to install the 8.177 ODBC drivers on a windows 98 box. It is
packaged as java files and my install using the older orainst.exe file
which doesn't appear to be able to read these. I have used the OUI on my
linux box but can't seem to find the right program for the windows box.
I've looked on my 8.05 client CD, etc. Can anyone offer some help.

Download it - it comes on every product nowadays.
Or use your Linux version - java being java,
write once, run many platforms and all that
