how to view schedular by using oracle enterprise manager in 9i

I am not able to view schedulers that are present in my database under particular user.can any body help me
by using oracle enterprise manager in 9i

Yaa. I granted all privileges to that user

Actually the problem is i Can Able to see the code of procedures,triggers and tables easily with the help of oracle enterprise manager but not able to view the
scheduler . i dont know actually how to see the schedulers.I tried a Lot in google for this.But did not get anything.
