Tablespace error:ORA-01536

Hi

I have encountered the error ORA-01536 .

I have earlier grant sysdba to SCOTT &
then I revoked the sysdba role from SCOTT a couple of days later. After that, I encountered the error ORA-01536 when trying to create a table as SCOTT
My question is once the dba role has been assigned then revoke, will it affect the quota assigned? I have no clue what caused the error ORA-01536 .

Also Please help me how to remove this Error .
Please send me alter tablespace (if any ) statement to avoid this error .

please try to use this

ALTER USER username QUOTA UNLIMITED on TBS_NAME;

and ensure that the user has RESOURCE system previlege granted.
