Forms 4.5 login -- cannot type username or password

Has anyone every seen this issue where the Forms 4.5 GUI comes up but
you are unable to type anything into the username or password fields?

We are using NT 4 SP 6 (TSE) with Citrix 1.8. The GUI comes up with no
problems -- you simply cannot type. Interestingly, you can tab to each
field and the command buttons, and use the space bar. And if you login
with these fields blank, a dialog box pops up that is also empty.

Sounds like a font issue, but I haven't determined if it is an Oracle
or Windows issue. I have tried to fix the fonts (just in case they are
corrupted) using TWEAKUI, but it made no difference. I have not
modified the uifont.ali.

I have no other problems with screen fonts, except in Forms 4.5.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I can rebuild the server if
necessary, but I would still like to get to the bottom of this.

Forms 4.5 has been desupported for ages, and obviously not been
certified against nt4 sp6
