Hello.
I need to take a column from Excel(unknown amount of rows)
that will be selected by the user and copy those cells.
Then I will need to paste those cells into the first
column in a Data Grid (system.windows.forms).
Basically, the user receives a list of clientIDs from a
client as an email attachment in Excel listed like:
1234 ABC Company
234 DEF Company
348 GHI Company

I try to copy a table from production system (DB2 UDB EEE V7.2 + fixpak5)
to the testing system (DB2 UDB V8.1 + fixpak4a).
I moved the data from productions system by using the following steps:

On testing system:
I use db2 utility autoload, because I use the autoload cfg script for a long

This sounds complicated but bear with me. I have a datagrid. It is dynamic in
that, i dont know how many columns i will have until the dataset is back so i
have to build the datagrid dynamically. I know there will be at least one
column required however, so I have put into my aspx a template column with a
checkbox in it. Then for the number of columns in my dataset more than 1 I
want to copy that templatecolumn and duplicate it for the...

Dear All,
I'm trying to insert an xml file into my database. I have a table with a
single text column. My intention is just to have the xml file take up one
row in the table.
I've tried the command
COPY t1 FROM '/tmp/file.xml';

Does COPY require values for each column even though the database field
is not set to NOT NULL? I did a COPY TO first to line up the data and
then COPY FROM a tab delimited file. Here are the first 5 fields in the
first line of the incoming file (omit the quotes, I put them there to
see where the start and end of the line is), you should find 3 tabs
after the second '1':
'1 1 '
I have a table with this structure below and when...

Hi, I have been successful copying a vba code from one of your posts on
how to copy and paste a record by declaring the desired fields that
needs to be copied in form's declaration and creating two button "copy"
and "paste". Works like magic.
My problem is how can I copy multiple records and paste them at the
same time. My data entry form has main form that has a Questionlist box
of Questions. The second list box on the same form displays...

I have two identical tables with one IDENTITY column and several other
columns.
I have tested the COPY * INTO table2 FROM table1 WHERE xx
but it requers that table2 does not exist.
TABLE2 is a history database of TABLE1
How can I copy row(s) from table1 to table2 without conflict with
IDENTITY columns using SQL query.
Or must I do this from a program (C# .NET)

I'm trying to copy a Datacolumn from a table to another, but with this code:
destTable.Columns.Add(srcTable.Column);

Column 'colname' already belongs to another DataTable.
Anyone can help me?

Hi, I have a datagrid with multiple columns and would like to copy the
contents of one column to another datagrid object that only has the
one column. I don't think copy can do this. Is there a method
available to do a copy of one column?
Thanks!

If the tasks, I’m trying accomplish have been addressed previously (separately or in combination). Please, provide the links or keyword search to find them. I’ve been searching for code for each part of the task separately and trying to piece together multiple macros, that do something similar, to what I’m trying to accomplish in my over all task, but I’m not having a lot of luck. So, here’s the entire task,...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
