Unable to connect to tally?

Hi,

We posting the voucher to tally using the web request,it is working fine when the tally is open in the server.But it is not working when the tally is offline.

Please give the suggestion to solve this.

I don't know what "tally" is but the solution seems clear to me.

If a component that you utilize in your application is offline, and your application cannot compensate for this, display a message to the end user stating that your application is unavailable at this time because the component is offline. Otherwise, implement something that does compensate for the fact that the component is offline (store things to be processed later for example)
