Determining Dot Net Requirement(s)...

I distribute my application with several DLLs. Some I created - some are third party DLLs I have purchased (with distribution rights of course). I would like to definitively determine what version of .NET (3.0, 3.5, 4.0...) each and every DLL requires.
Does anyone know of a program that I can run to determine what Dot Net version an assembly requires to operate?
This would seem to be a great analytical tool to make sure your installations/distributions are sound.
