Determining width/height of graphic?

Hi
Is there any way of determining the width and height of a graphic in pixels
(.jpg) and reporting this?

Also, maybe following the above, can a picture-box position be automatically
moved to place the graphic's right-hand edge at the right-hand edge of a
form, no matter what size the graphic?

(Using VB5)

TIA
Don
