Where's msxml 2.5

For some reason I can't find on my win98 IE5 or 5.5 the msxml2.5 parser
that's supposed to be there. Does anyone know where I can get one?

Also if I was running my linux system. Where could I get good xml parser
support. Say if I was using opera or gnome?

Bill

You can download MSXML 3 from http://msdn.microsoft.com/, that is the
first version of MSXML to implement XSLT 1.0/XPath 1.0 and should be
used instead of earlier versions.

I have msxml3 and 4 installed in side by side mode. The reason I asked is I
was reading on MS's site something about in order to use the full capability
of msxml3 and I think it referred to xml data islands, msxml3 had to be
taken out of side by side mode with xmlinst.
When HTML came out I was ho hum to SGML. Now with xml, I'm going to
really get into xml and xhtml writing.
