problem with thumbnail image in c#

Hi.. im new to asp.net.. im trying to create thumbnails from the images stored in database . and i want to view the image larger on click thumbnail as a pop-up.. please help me.......... im using asp.net2.0 (c#)

What have you tried so far?
Are you storing thumbnails and the larger images in a database?
Could you please provide more details on what you are trying to do?
Are you using any controls to display the images (like GridViews/DataGrids...)?
