COM vs NET - .NET Framework

I have an apllication running on vb6 COM which open a .NET .dll.
This .net .dll calls a web service to acces a Database.
vb6 COM and .NET .dll are on the client side.
This app is installed on several machines with no problem at all.

But in one XP machine I get this Error:
cannot add a data relation or Constraint that has different locale or CaseSensitive settings between its parent and child tables

Any help please??

Apparently no strange configuration on Local Machine
