BCM installation and access problem

Hello ,

1) Can anyone plz tell me how to install BCM with Outlook 2003 Professional Edition on my PC having OS , Professional XP service pack 1 . As the BCM is not getting installed.

2) Once BCM gets installed i want to access the BCM Contacts using c# .net 2.0 windows Application.

Can anyone plz guide me on the right track ?
