SSL and SSH

Hello,

I am new to C# and all of its wonders.
I finally managed to learn how to use libraries on Visual Studio 2005.
I am currently working on my final project of school and i found a library which provides me with SSL for most of the System.Net class.

But i also found a library for SSH but i did not get good or enough documentation on this last one, but since SSH is such a good protocol i wonder now if it would be a good idea to use both and if so would it be better to send SSH over SSL or SSL over SSH.
