.csproj filing to open - .NET Framework

I have .NET framework and Visual Web developer 2005 Express Edition installed. i am trying to develop a vb.net web application but cant seem to find winforms the visual web developer. And when i try to install AJAX control toolkit, it tells me that templateVSI.csproj is not installed, so does ajaxcontroltoolkit.csproj, when i also try to install Visual web GUI, it tells me that some projects of type (.csproj) are not installed.

i really need the visual web gui installed because i think it has the winforms. there is a component called GrFinger that i need to place on a winform to proceed coding, meaning without a winform, the GrFingerCtrl component is inactive.

therefore, is there any one with solutions to the above problems? that is, how to install .csproj files, and how to access winforms in visual web developer? i'll really appreciate.

Windows Forms are for windows applications.
Not for web applications, you will probably need visual studio to create the windows applications
