size of b should be 60*32/8
but i got 7734
can i get exact size pls

That is not correct.
You never specified the pixel format of your bitmap. Plus you have to add in the header.
the size will be more along the lines of:
size=<header> +(( (<bytes per pixel>*width)+stride)*height)
