Inheritance -> run method in parent when base is instantiated

Hi,
I have a windows forms which has a few settings in it (saves my time manually setting them in each form)
However i have a method which sets the behavious of controls on the form

So mymaster Form (also know as formMaster) has a method
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. protected void setBackColour()
  2. {
  3. //iterate all controls and set their backColour to blue
  4. }
Now when ever i create a form i inherit formMaster

At the moment i have to write one line of code in those forms which is
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. this.setBackColour()
Is there a way to automate this so that whenever a form is created the setBackColour in formMaster is called?

Thanks
