Assigning shortcut key to a IDE Add-in menu item

I found Smart Paster (excellent add-in) VS2005 IDE Add-in under
http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/is...efault.aspx#S3

Decided to add my own menu item which works fine but for some reason can not
assign a shortcut key to my item because it doesn't show up like all of the
original menu items under [Tools->Customize->keyboard]

My question is, any idea why my menu item shows up in the context menu but
not under [Tools->Customize->keyboard] ?

This zip contains my revisions to Alex's code from the link above.

Thanks for any suggestions!
