implementing thailand google map in english

hi,

Can anybody pls. help regarding implementing thailand google map with locations specified in english language and not in thai.

I've searched a lot but i can't find thailand google map which shows locations marked in english language as shown by yahoo maps.
I'need to implement this thing in asp.net 2.0 through c#.
