deleted emails

can someone please help all my emails that wew in the inbox were accidently
deleted, is there a way to get them back, i don't use outlook just the sky
internet service online.

Usually, if you delete Inbox items, they'll go into some sort of
DeletedItems box, until you delete them from there, or after a specified
time has elapsed...
Though, having said that, there is usually a way of deleting stuff directly,
without going through the DeletedItems stage...

no there is sno recycle bin so will i have lost them compltely

I'll be honest, it's not looking good... :-(

Only other thing I can suggest is that you contact 'Sky Internet' technical
support, and see if they are any help...

PS. Do you access your emails via a Web Browser or have you got a proper
'email client' such as Outlook Express?
Do you ever back up the files on your computer?

no there is sno recycle bin so will i have lost them compltely
