how to filter records in c#.net

eg.

month 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 ....date upto.............31
jan
feb counts written here respectivly
mar
apr
may
jun
july

Keep two for loops, one on the top keep month and in the inner loop itterate for days of that respective month.
