Facing problem with ASP.net Report

I am using ReportViewer control provided in VS 2005. In my application
there are few projects. I am using single configuration file for all
the settings in the application. Actually I have ported the website to SharePoint Services 2.0.
While Opening site I am getting following error:

"The element 'buildProviders' cannot be defined below the application level. (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\..\web.config line 37)"

Could you help in resolving this? Thanks in advance.
