How to generate client proxy?

Hello, friends,

I am creating duplex WCF service with the following configuration:

<system.serviceModel>

<services>
<service behaviorConfiguration="MetaEnabledBehavior"
name="DuplexWCF.ProgressQuery">
<host>
<baseAddresses>
<add
baseAddress="net.tcp://localhost:8000/DuplexWCF/ProgressQuery"/>
</baseAddresses>
</host>
<endpoint address="" binding="netTcpBinding"
contract="DuplexWCF.IProgressQuery"/>
</service>
</services>
<behaviors>
<serviceBehaviors>
<behavior name="MetaEnabledBehavior">
<serviceDebug includeExceptionDetailInFaults="true"/>
</behavior>
</serviceBehaviors>
</behaviors>
</system.serviceModel>

It run, and then I tried to generate client proxy with:

svcutil /language:c#
/config:appnet.tcp://localhost:8080/DuplexWCF/ProgressQuery

but failed.

Did I miss anything? Thanks a lot.
