ASP-WEB: Difficulties Getting the Id of an image

5 New Member
Hey all,

I have a nested repeater control. The inner repeater displays projects as thumbnails related to a particulat category (outer repeater). Everything displays great, but how do I get the Id related to that particular project when the user clicks on that thumbnail. I created a link such as:

<a href="MyPage.aspx"><img src="MyImage">

MyPage.aspx receives the "Id" of the project (thumbnail clicked) and display the information related to that project.

Any hints will help. Thanks!

To display the info in the repeaters, I have a dataset with two datatables(category and project). The project datatable has the project id in it. Then I created a relation between both datatables. I bind the data to the outer repeater in the page load even, and the inner repeaters gets loaded in the itemdatabound event.
