Unable to start debugging on the web server

Hi, All

I developed applications named WebApplication2, WebApplication3, WebApplication4 and WebApplication5 on one system. When I wanted to test the applications on the other system Im getting the problem as

"Error while trying to run the project: Unable to start debugging on the web server.Server side errorr occured on sending debug HTTP request.
Make sure the server is operating correctly. Verify there are no syntax errors in web.config by doing a Debug.Start Without Debugging. You may also want to refer to the ASP.NET and ATL Server debugging topic in the online documentation."

for WebApplication2 only. Other applications are running properly.
When I tested Web.config file for WebApplication2 by doing Start Without debugging, there were no syntax errors. Where the problem may be? Plz help in this regard.
