Insert and Update Query

Hi Friends,
I m New In Asp.net 2.0, and i wann to implement Insert, Update, Delete, cancle in my grid view, plz help me.

I have three tables, and i use this quesry for do all Insert, Update, and Delete...plz guide me...i m thankfull to u all
