Hello,

I have Windows 2003 R2 SP1 and Exchange 2003 Sp2 located here in Sydney
Australia, I have installed the following patches:
KB926666
KB931836
KB918118
KB928090
KB928843
KB924667
KB926436
KB927978
KB928255

After re-booting the server, I am having difficulty logging in and logging
out locally, also, the terminal service for remote administration would not
start.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Regards,
