OleDB check Excel only for 10 lines?

I have problems when I read from excel.
I have 4 fields, all fields has a value except the 4th, it may contains null.
The problem is if I have value from the 9th row, it will return null for the whole rows.
But it will get the value if I have value before the 9th row (in range 1st to 8th row).
Anyone can explain this or what should i do?
fyi, I already try with OleDB, ODBC, OpenRowSet, & OpenDataSource.
