ADODB.dll Deployment Problem

Hi,

I am using VS 2005, .NET 2.0 and have the following problem:

I have created a simple WinForms application and have added a reference
to the ADO Interop PIA library;(ADODB.dll). When I add a Setup Package
project, and add the "Primary Output", it does NOT detect that ADODB.dll is
needed and thus does not get added to my deployment package making it
unuseable to my end-users. Why does it not detect the presence of ADODB.dll?
I have gone through the MSDN KB articles related to this but nothing seems
to work. Is there a PIA package I have to use/deploy? Any ideas?
