cannot be marshaled as an unmanaged structure

Hi!

I am keep getting following error.
"Type 'myclass+myRecord' cannot be marshaled as an unmanaged structure; no meaningful size or offset can be computed.". it works fine, If I convert the same structure into byte defines. suggest me how do i go about it.

Here is my structure

[StructLayout(LayoutKind.Sequential, Pack = 1, CharSet = CharSet.Ansi)]
public struct myRecord
{
public int recID;

public byte fSales;

public ushort usReserved;

[MarshalAs(UnmanagedType.ByValArray, SizeConst = 10, ArraySubType = UnmanagedType.U4)]
public int ulReserved;
}
