VB.NET forms getting flicker

Hi,

I am using VB.NET 2003, I have a MDI Parent & Child forms. Some of my child forms has 10 Panels, 20 Labels and 20 Textboxes. While Loading First time my child form get flickered, i mean first i am getting outline of all label and panel controls for a fraction of seconds, why?
