Create an OCX control in dot net

Is it possible to create an OCX control in dot net?
Are there any examples available?

I want to create an OCX control for a web page. I know you can use a dot net
windows control on the web page but there seems to be quite a few security
implications involved in getting this to work with events.
Is there a good source for all these security implications?
I'm trying to find out exactly what is required.

Thank you
