Hi,
How can I copy a print job from a queue? Also where can I find information
on getting my program to appear in the printers and faxes list in windows as
if it is a printer driver like some common pdf converters?

You need the Windows SDK and you need to be writing in C++ to create a
printer driver. This is not a light topic. Go here with care...
