Application crashes when connecting to SQL Server (dotNet 2.0)

When I try to connect to a MS SQL Server 2000 my application always crashes
(without message). In the event log I find the following error:

Faulting application testapp.exe, version 7.2.2368.12623, stamp 449f780f,
faulting module mscorwks.dll, version 2.0.50727.42, stamp 4333e7ec, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00046cb1.

When I reinstall the .Net Framework it works for some days but then crashes
again.

I receive the same Error when I try to create the SessionDatabase for
ASP.NET with the Wizzard:

Faulting application aspnet_regsql.exe, version 2.0.50727.42, stamp
4333aecc, faulting module mscorwks.dll, version 2.0.50727.42, stamp 4333e7ec,
debug? 0, fault address 0x00046cb1.

I have the same problem on two servers (Win2003 SP1 multilanguage, all
patches, latest .net Framework).

Any ideas??
