GD Indicator!

A While ago I downloaded a great application named "GDI Indicator"
Which helps you track how many GDI object are instanciated (and if you
forgot to free some!)
However I can't find it again!
Any idea where it is?

The file is called GDIndicator and can be found at the following URL along
