Help me find a path in .Net

Hi All,

Not sure if I am in the right place. In any case, I have been a Delphi guy
in years past. Now I might right an app in .Net. Question is which is a free
or close to free database that I can connect to from the app? Where do I get
it?

Either a Jet file (.mdb files), SQL Express
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/sql/) or others like MySQL,
FireBird etc...

Microsoft SQL Express is already configured by default when using ASP.NET
2.0 and is exactly the same as SQL Server but for several capacity
limitations such as a 4Gb database limit per instance noting more than 16
instances may be configured so unless your planning on working with the LAMP
camp or using Java at some point in the future other choices become mute
issues AFIC..
