Is there a way to secure a webservice with Kerberos that works for both Windows and Linux clients?

We have both Windows and Linux webservers in our organization.
I know that WSE 3.0 allows you to secure a web service with Kerberos
such that an authenticated NT user can be recognized by the webservice
without being challenged for credentials.
Is there a way for a Linux client to be authenticated by the same
webservice?

Thanks,
Jonathan
