We were looking at building a Windows Client application using VS 2003 and
the Updater Application Block.
Since the application might also be written in VS 2005, we have started
looking at the ClickOnce feature.
Now, the application will have to be installed, since it will more than
likely have some components that have to be registered and we will be
installing Oracle Lite at the same time. So, I don't think the ClickOnce
deployment can be used.
But I like the auto update feature of the ClickOnce.
Is there a way to build a VS 2005 windows client to use the auto update
feature of the ClickOnce but have the application installed as an MSI?
