The setup runtime files will not be listed in ARP. To uninstall them, make
sure you can see Protected OS Files (Windows Explorer: Tools | Folder
Options --> View... uncheck Hide Protected OS files) then go into
C:\%windir%\installer.
Change the view of the Installer folder to Details, then right-click on any
of the column headers. Choose Comments from the popup list. In the
comments section, look for Visual Studio.NET Baseline. Once found,
right-click on the associated MSI file and choose uninstall.
