load the configuration file dynamically

Hi,
I have a small question in regards to Microsoft Practices Enterprise
Library Common:

I hope you could help because I have reached a dead end.

Is there a way to load the configuration file dynamically?

I can define the path in the xml as follows:

<storageProvider xsi:type="XmlFileStorageProviderData" name="XML File
Storage Provider" path="c:\default_user_settings.config" />
ConfigurationManager.GetConfiguration

But I don't want this behavior. I want to remove this attribute all
together and tell the ConfigurationManager, dynamically, the file name
+ path and the section name.

I have tried
ConfigurationManager.CreateContext(fileName).GetCo nfiguration(ConfigurationSection)

but it fails with exception (The file does not contain the section.)
