ReportViewer control and vb.Net 2005

I hope someone can assist me.

I am trying to implement the ReportViewer Control using VB.NET in VS2005.

I am using server reports on a Reporting Services server on a domain server.

Everything works fine in visual studio and I can bring up any report that I
need.

When published to another server in my domain, NOT the Reporting Services
server, any call to any report returns

"The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized."

inside the control.

I have tried to implement Network credentials but all the samples I have
seen are in c# and it is possible that my conversion to vb is not correct.

I am fairly desparate to get this solution out to my users as my current
interface is too clunky.
