where does Microsoft.Xml.Xquery live?

where does Microsoft.Xml.Xquery live? all i can find is a copy of it in the
sample project:

but would like to know where Microsoft.Xml.Xquery should be obtained.

Not sure if I know what Microsoft.Xml.Xquery is. The article you cite uses
a built-in framework call (XpathNodeIterator) to perform Xquery searches.
This call lives under the System.Xml.Xpath namespace.
