repairing net framework command

I am trying to repair the NetFramework using
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;824643. Can someone
tell me if I use the command prompt way, are there any spaces in the
command? I have the dotnetfx.exe in C:\windows...so it the command to read
with no spaces the following:
c:\windows\dotnetfx.exe/t:%temp%/c:"msiexec.exe/fvecms%temp\netfx.msi"
It looks like in the instructions there could be spaces before each forward
slash but not before or after the backwards slashes and maybe another space
before the second %temp%..or just an optical illusion. Want to do it right.
