Microsoft Passport

Hello,

Quick question I hope: Can Microsoft Passport be used only by users
with Internet access, or can you use it as long as the intranet web
server has internet access.

It does work as long as the intranet web server has internet access.

Where can I download the SDK. I found the link on Microsoft.com but
when I click on it is says the site is no longer available.
