documenting functions

Hi,

Is it possible in vb.net to document a function so that when someone
else uses it from the .NET IDE, the little hover tag can pop up with a
description of what the function does, along with a description of each
parameter as it is being typed in? This happens for all built-in
classes, and I'd like to use it in my own code.

I'm not sure of the terminology for this, and I know it's a minor
detail, but I'm still curious.

Thanks!
