Project created in DEMO folder!

Hi,

I had posted this question earlier also but got no suitable answer. The
problem is that when I try to create a new project, the project gets created
in a DEMO folder in wwwroot.

When I hit File-->NEW Project, the LOCATION box shows the location
http://localhost/WebApplication1 & the project gets created in DEMO folder.
There is a BROWSE button next to the LOCATION box but when I browse to
another location say C:/InetPub/wwwroot /NewFolder/Project, even then the
project gets created in the DEMO folder which contains this NEW FOLDER which
contains the PROJECT!

& if I just Use the BROWSE button next to the location button to browse to
the location C:\Inetpub\wwwroot, then the OK button GETS DISABLED!

It only allows to create the project in any location http://localhost/
Project which gets created in DEMO folder!

Can anybody tell what is the problem with the system?
