VB.Net and Outlook

I have written a VB.net exe which trys to add items to calendars, I need
this to work without the stupid security message popup.

How do I tell outlook to trust this app and allow it to use its object model
without these messages appearing?

To avoid the Outlook security prompts its generally easiest to create a
properly constructed COM-Addin for Outlook 2003. There are other methods
available for other versions of Outlook...
