Trouble Running .NET Application

I'm attempting to run a .NET windows application, but continuously get the following error when starting it up:

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id="0xe04 (3588), Thread id=0xe14 (3604)

Does anyone know what the problem could be? The correct .NET framework is installed on the machine.

If the application uses a database, it will also require MDAC 2.7 to be
installed.

It does not. The application I'm referring to is WebDeploy (http://weblogs.asp.net/mhawley/archi...02/106769.aspx) and a user is experiencing this problem, however I could not figure out what their problem was.

They were using Windows XP Pro with 1.1...any other ideas?
