Form Size Problem

Hi,

How could I set the presence of the form to be called to be locked inside
the boundary of the calling form ?

I got A and B form
A form contain tree view menu

and B form was part of the tree view menu item. So when I click the tree
view menu item and select B form to be showed under A form.
then B form will be shown up. but the problem is I dun want B form size to
be static, i want the B form size to be dynamic. When I resize the A form
treeview menu, then treeview menu getting smaller, then the B form getting
bigger.
